Lebedin Kofman LLP has been retained for the defense of a BMW driver who police say critically injured another motorist in a head-on collision. Following the accident, police claim the driver attempted to get rid of a gun that was in the car by throwing it into the Harlem River. The defendant is facing the following charges:
